Each room features: internal emergency alert system for the elderly, veranda or balcony, air conditioning, TV, bathroom, telephone, furnishing items, detachable bed (for the safety of the elderly with sleeping problems). It is also possible to place personal items and furniture.

The building’s bioclimatic construction guarantees a constantly stable and pleasant temperature all year round, allowing light and fresh air to enter and a clear view to the natural landscape.

In the restaurant, in a room with plenty of light and view, the residents enjoy three meals daily as well as their afternoon coffee, which they can also have served in their private room.

The main recreation area hosts entertainment events, while comfortable public areas are ideal for moments of relaxation and friendly gatherings.

The state-of-the-art building meets all the safety requirements (fire safety, generator, security cameras).
